The selection of the supervisor or supervisors (including assistant supervisor) is made by the doctoral student by submitting an appropriate application to the Doctoral School Office along with the declaration of the person indicated as the candidate for the supervisor. Applications should be submitted (paper document) from October 15, 2025 to October 30, 2025. More details and regulations can be found here.

The appropriate application of the doctoral student should be prepared according to one of the following templates:

• Application for appointment of supervisor.
• Application for appointment of supervisor and assistant supervisor.
• Application for appointment of two supervisors.

The relevant application is to be submitted by the doctoral student to the Doctoral School together with the statements of the supervisor candidate. Document templates for supervisors:
