Starting April 27, 2026, Poland launched a new version of the MOS portal. You can now submit your application for a temporary or permanent residence permit online.

The moment you hit "send" in the portal using your Trusted Profile (Profil Zaufany), your stay becomes legally "pending" (just like the old stamp!).

When filling out the contact details in the MOS system, it is crucial to provide the correct institutional contact to ensure the Office can verify your status quickly:
