In order to prevent and resolve conflict situations between doctoral candidates and supervisors at the Doctoral School of Wrocław University of Science and Technology, a Procedure for Preventing and Resolving Conflict Situations between Doctoral Candidates and Supervisors has been implemented.
An appendix to the procedure is the Questionnaire on Cooperation between Supervisor and Doctoral Student, which may serve as a tool for preventing conflict situations, including facilitating discussions on mutual expectations, modes of communication, and external and internal conditions of the collaboration.
A doctoral candidate, supervisor, or assistant supervisor may, in any conflict situation, seek assistance (including mediation support) offered by the Psychological Support and Mediation Office at Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
In cases of situations that may involve discrimination, the issue can be reported to the Anti-Discrimination Committee of Wrocław University of Science and Technology, in accordance with applicable regulations and information available at:
