Before you log in to the recruitment system, read the following tips - they will facilitate the process of submitting documents:
- Documents are submitted only through the IRK recruitment system. Persons who are qualified for admission will be asked to deliver the originals of the submitted documents to the Office of the Doctoral School.
- As part of a given recruitment, you must choose the discipline in which you want to pursue your doctorate and the person who will be the scientific supervisor of your doctorate: i.e. the promoter.
- After entering the answers to the recruitment questions, generate a candidate card from the system. Then sign the card and make a scan, which you will attach in the next step of recruitment.
- Be sure to prepare scans of all documents that are necessary in the recruitment process. Details on this can be found here.
- As part of the application, it will be necessary to provide the weighted average from studies and the grade from the diploma. If you don't have a diploma grade yet: also enter your grade point average here. In the case of the last semester of second-cycle studies not yet completed, grades from all semesters of second-cycle studies, excluding the last semester, are included in the average. In the case of unfinished uniform studies, grades from all semesters of studies, excluding the last semester, are included in the average. You will obtain a weighted average certificate from the dean's office of the faculty where you study or have studied.
- Your application will be verified by an employee of the Doctoral School. In case of formal defects in the documents: you will be informed about it. Correct your application as soon as possible - by the deadline for accepting recruitment applications (June 12, 2024) or by the date indicated by the employee verifying your application.
