Primary recruitment (scholarship is funded directly by the university)
Main deadlines (primary recruitment for academic year 2024/2025):
- The application starts on May 15, 2024.
- The application deadline is June 12, 2024.
- Interviews: June 25, 2024 - July 12, 2024.
- Results will be available from July 25, 2024.
Detailed schedule (primary recruitment):
- From May 15, 2024 to June 12, 2024, the documents can be submitted in the recruitment system.
- By June 20, 2024, we verify the completeness and correctness of documents submitted by candidates. By this date, missing and / or incorrect documents must be completed.
- From June 25, 2024 to July 12, 2024, recruitment committees organize interviews for candidates for the Doctoral School. Information on the dates of conducted interviews is posted here.
- After assessing the candidates, by July 19, 2024, the recruitment committees prepare the ranking lists.
- From July 25, 2024, the Dean's Office provides information to candidates about the achieved recruitment results as well as a conditional decision letters are issued that can be used to apply for Polish visa.
- By September 13, 2024, candidates shall provide the master diploma, if the diploma has not been submitted previously.
- From September 16, 2024, the final list of accepted candidates is prepared and decisions are issued to refuse admission to the Doctoral School.
Additional recruitment for academic year 2023/2024 (scholarship is funded by a research project)
Additional recruitment is available only for candidates, who are already qualified to a research project that covers the scholarship. The additional recruitment is open from May 16, 2023 to February 10, 2024. For more details please contact the the Dean's Office.
A candidate with funding to cover sholarship from a research project may also submit recruitment documents in accordance with the deadlines specified for primary recruitment.
