Short-term academic exchange for students, PhD candidates, and WUST staff
Do you have a research idea, want to participate in a prestigious conference, or complete an
internship abroad? Take advantage of funding through the NAWA PROM – Short-term academic
exchange project. This is a perfect opportunity to gain international experience and enhance your
professional skills.
Key Information:
Objective: Short-term international mobility lasting from 14 to 30 days.
Deadline: All trips must be completed by August 31, 2026.
What can the funding be used for?

The PROM program provides support for a wide range of academic activities:
- Participation in international conferences, summer schools, and winter schools.
- Conducting research and measurements using specialized equipment.
- Gathering materials for scientific publications and doctoral dissertations.
- Professional internships, workshops, and study visits (including those at industrial
partners/enterprises).
- Providing didactic activities (teaching).
- Development and preparation of international grant proposals.
